Fees

Our Fee Structure

We operate as an independent property introduction and structuring service.

Our fees reflect the professional time, analysis and network access required to facilitate high - quality portfolio introductions between motivated owners and serious capital partners.

All fees are agreed in writing prior to engagement.

How Our Fees Work

  1. Onboarding & Structure Fee

A fixed, non-refundable onboarding fee is payable upon formal engagement.

    This covers:

    . Portfolio review and qualification

. Financial overview and information collation.

    . Structuring and presentation preparation

. Discreet circulation within our vetted investor network.

    . Introduction management and coordination

This fee is for professional services rendered and is not contingent upon completion of a transaction.

   2. Success Fee

A separate success fee becomes payable only upon completion

of a transaction between parties introduced by us.

The success fee is agreed in advance and may be structured as either:

     . A fixed fee, or

. A percentage of the agreed transaction value

The exact structure is confirmed in writing prior to commencement.

We act solely as independent property introducers.

We do not:

. Act as estate agents

. Publicly list properties

. Negotiate on behalf of either party

. Provide financial or legal advice

Our role is to facilitate introductions between motivated portfolio

owner and vetted capital partners.

Portfolio opportunities are circulated on a confidential basis.

Initial summaries are shared with pre-qualified capital partners.

Detailed information is released only following verification and formal introduction procedures.

Our hybrid fee structure ensures:

. Commitment from all parties

. Professional preparation of opportunities

. Alignment of incentives through completion

We work on a selective basis and prioritise quality over volume.

If you are a portfolio owner seeking discreet introduction to serious capital partners: Request a confidential Portfolio Review by submitting your details in the form at the top on the HOME page.
